A 911 call came into the Comm Center in Cleveland from a woman who said her son shot everyone in his his house-- and she believed him. At that same time, police officers were driving down a city block when they were waved down by Martin Muniz, who asked to be arrested for killing five members of his own family not far away. He asked to be taken seriously and to be placed in restraints. What happened to his family? And why did it have to happen?
