There are many stages to abuse as well as the recovery from abuse. It is up to us to bring to the light the things that help survivors on their journey. I found finding resources all around me was and has continued to be the life source to me and my new found freedom. Always remember butterflies are not just caterpillars who turn into butterflies, there are many stages they go through before their wings dry off and the fly away. Let your wings grow and you'll become the beautiful butterfly you were always meant to be.
