This week’s guest is Kathryn Sauser, Certified NLP, fitness and nutritionist coach who bravely shares her story of trauma and healing with us.

Kathryn grew up in a very toxic environment, having to live with her alcoholic father who passed away when she was 23.  During this time, her drinking “skyrocketed” as well as her “total self abuse”.  Her twenties were riddled with anxiety until her healing journey started when she joined a recovery program in New York and later lived in the “motherly energy” of Bali.

For her, “you just can’t give up alcohol and do nothing, you gotta give up alcohol and replace it with something else” and she was able to replace her alcohol intake with fitness programs. In this episode, she talks all about her challenges while facing her darkest demons during her sobriety journey and her time “putting the puzzle pieces together…”
