  • Comfort Zones Limit You! How the Willingness to Play Takes You to the Next Level

Dr. Montserrat Andreys is a doctor and dancer who focuses on providing healthcare and education for artists. Today, she joins Dr. Carly to discuss her passion for helping creatives sustain and lengthen their craft and careers through education and movement. The two share experiences and advice on connecting movement with expression, and how to move and feel better while doing what you love!

Dr. Andreys received her doctorate in chiropractic medicine and a masters degree in sports and exercise science from The University of Western States in Portland, OR. Her BA in dance with an emphasis in flamenco was earned at The University of New Mexico, and her massage certification came from The Chicago School of Massage Therapy. After watching artists fumble through the management of their own injuries, prematurely ending promising careers or living for years with unnecessary pain, Dr. Andreys created HEART (Heathcare for Artists) as a place where she could share, educate and inspire within the art community.
