Like a large percentage of Christians today, Ken and Janell Urban were what’s known as cessationists, meaning that they had been taught and believed that God used miracles, prophetic gifts, and healings in the early days of the church as a launching point for the Christian faith, but that those things ceased as the apostles died off. Ken and Janell Urban were cessationists, until each of them experienced what they believe were their own supernatural healings which subsequently led them to actively pursue the truth of God’s presence and ultimately look to become agents of God’s healing of others in this world. Today in part 1 of our conversation with the Urbans, they share the details of their own healings with us.
