Guided Healing Meditation: Natural Meditation in the Garden
For most people, meditation is usually in a still position, in a quiet environment. However, there are so many other opportunities to immserse yourself in the benefits of meditation, opening your spirit to the natrual energy all around us.
One of my favourites for this is gardening meditation. Much like forest bathing, there are huge physcial, emotional and mental health benefits to enjoy when we immerse ourselves in nature's healing energy.
You don’t need a large garden, or even a garden at all, you can enjoy a similar effect with houseplants or you can simply go out and enjoy a public garden or meadow, it’s all about getting in touch with nature.
🧘♀️ As we immerse ourselves in the world of gardening, we discover that it offers a harmonious blend of mindfulness and creativity. Just like the gentle rustling of leaves during forest bathing, meditating while gardening allows us to connect with nature in a profound way.
