Healing Past Trauma with Ann Hince

Ann Hince was on a quest for inner peace, because she recognized that she was too reactionary, and her mind was very busy and very negative. Ann was born with her right foot up against her right shin, she was adopted, and she was merciless teased as the first girl boarder at a boy's boarding school. She grew up with two adoptive alcoholic parents, and she found her mother dead in the bathroom when she was 19.

She used a technique called EFT and began to peel back the layers of suppressed emotions. As she did, her awareness expanded to recognize emotions that she had supressed, and then she discovered the physical sensations underneath the emotions.

She then taught herself how to feel her feelings, so she could work through them to find inner peace. These new techniques she discovered not only helped her heal her emotional body, but her physical body as well. She teaches us what she learned on her journey to inner peace.
