She helps individuals, couples, and families struggling with relational issues through identifying barriers or emotional triggers and empowers individuals to reduce them to enjoy healthier relationships and family dynamics. Tamara is also Level 3 Gottman trained, bringing research-backed approaches to empower individuals and couples to show up for their personal and professional relationships feeling confident, self-led, and ready to experience the fulfilling connections they deserve.
