This week, I chat with Not 9 to 5 which is a non-profit organization empowering hospitality, food and beverage service workers by mobilizing education and support for mental health and addiction. Not 9 to 5 promotes harm reduction practices and helps to connect the hospitality workforce to mental wellness resources.
We discuss changes in the restaurant industry, how to have a conversation about mental health with active listening, and why restaurants function how they do.
