Often times we can get wrapped up in learning and become a consumer.
I know the struggle as I deal with it all the time in my personal life!
We must become producers though, because if we don't, we will never get what we want in life.
Of course we need to continue to learn, but we can't get stuck on just consuming information!!!
On today's podcast we talk about how Mike went from being paralyzed to coaching people about fitness. Not only that, but Mike enjoys doing OCR races!!

Be consistent with your meal plan, not every meal you eat.
We often get wrapped up in the idea that we can't have a cheat meal. That we have to stick with the amazing chicken and rice diet and that's not true!!
You don't do this with your job. You don't do the same thing every day and finish projects.
You do things consistently based on a plan and that's what makes a project successful.
This is exactly what cheat meals are!! PART OF A PLAN!!!!
Be consistent and crush your goals!!
It's a great day to be alive!
I'm so thankful for each and everyone of you who have been listening to this podcast.
I try to bring as much value to you as I can!
If there is anything you would like me to cover in the podcast, just let me know!!
As always, have a healthy and blessed day!!

Dave helps people transform their lives by creating the physique they want without having to give up their favorite foods.
On today's episode we are going to talk about Mind-muscle connection, heavy vs light weight, and some flexible dieting.
With the corona virus and gyms being closed it's tough keeping up with your fitness.
Don't let all that stop your progress and allow you to regress.
Just take things one step at a time. Don't give up just because things have changed.
You've got this!
We need to learn from other people's mistakes.
Learning from our own is pretty obvious why we should learn them, but learning from others will catapult us to the goals we are trying to get to.

What is it and how does it work?
Deloading is literally either taking a rest week or going lighter on weight for a week or two.
This is something that powerlifters use more than bodybuilders or other lifting styles.
The reason being is that they're constantly putting their joints and CNS under stress and they need this time off to let those recover.
If your CNS or joints start to feel sore/in knots then it's time for you to do a deload week.
I recommend about every other month, but depending on the person you may extend that out a little longer.
It's one of our most valuable assets yet we treat it like it's not.
We need to start protecting our mind!!!
If we don't, we will start thinking and then being whatever we put in.
