Hello again everybody. On this episode, Chris vacated his co-host chair to allow the opportunity for friend of the show, Jamie Pilgrim to come in and take on that role.

Specifically, Jamie wanted to ask Robert some questions about his past with depression and tools he used then and now to continue on a positive upswing. Robert and Jamie had a very candid in depth conversation about things from the past. 

We definitely hope that this will inspire anyone who is hiding mental health issues to reach out and ask for help. There are so many great resources out there.
