Matthew and Fernando interview Helio Beltrão, founder and president of Instituto Mises Brasil.

Helio is a successful entrepreneur and investor. Helio discusses his interpretation of Bitcoin as money and as a digital good. We explore Menger, Mises, Hayek & Ferguson and classical liberal economics, such as spontaneous order versus design.

He also proposes looking at Bitcoin based on the "Progression Theorem": estimating the likelihood of Bitcoin eventually becoming a generally accepted medium of exchange. Also we look at other attributes and its potential (and hurdles) in disrupting the current financial system.
