Lindsay Ellis, Living Well By Lindsay, and I went deep, from pain to purpose to periods, we covered it all.
You have to hear how this successful corporate engineer gave up her male dominated career and made a career switch that now focuses on helping women create a clear path to wellness.
Lindsay and I also talked about endocrine disrupters – toxins commonly found in products and foods that could cause cancer in the body – and why you should get rid of them.
This light-hearted, information-packed episode is well worth the listen.

It was only four years ago that Lindsay Ellis was working as an environmental engineer and climbing the corporate ladder. She found herself thriving in this demanding field, making money and notoriety in this high intensity, male dominated industry, yet something just wasn’t right. From the outside looking in, she was succeeding but behind closed doors, her energy was low and she was truly exhausted. The approval of others fueled her, and she didn’t really know who she was. The stress, cystic acne, painful periods, brain fog, lethargy and chronic hormone imbalance issues were part of her everyday battle.
Fast forward and her own journey of healing and transformation has led her here, to a place I never imagined living in or loving. Her passion, purpose and true mission is to help women who are looking for vitality, vibrancy, success, flow, and ease to truly transform from the inside out.

This observation became the foundation for her love of healing modalities found in Reiki, functional nutrition, and East-Asian medicine. She is a Reiki Master and BioEnergetic Practitioner.
As Highly Sensitive Person, she struggled first-hand with aggressive and one-size-fits-all approaches (even in the "alternative healing world"), and offers her clients a safe and gentle space for restoration and healing. A lifelong learner, she completed her Integrative Medicine Doctor (BOIM) and Doctor of Humanitarian Services from the World Organization of Natural Medicine. Before I ended the conversation with Stacie, I have to admit I cried. Not because I felt sorry for her – it was because, at that very moment, I felt selfish. Her words made me take an introspective look at the way I view and react to things in my personal life.
While you’ll hear how she’s handles a life-altering car accident, PTSD, epilepsy and cerebral palsy – you’ll understand why she is such a powerful writer and speaker.
When I asked her to tell me about the SWITCH in her life she said it was the car accident and shared with me how grateful the accident has made her.

There’s so much more to live for. Stacie’s upcoming memoir, 12 YEARS A WOMAN: MY JOURNEY TO HAPPINESS, will be released in November 2020.
