Often we have high expectations of our dogs.  Expecting them to make sense of what we are asking from them, even though we can be quite confusing sometimes!

One of the key skills that makes things a little easier on your dog is your timing. If you can time things correctly it's easier for them to understand when they've done something right, so they can do more of it!

 It is also makes it less likely that you will reward the wrong things and accidentally reinforce behaviours that you aren't so keen on.

In this episode I talk through some fun little exercises that you can do, without your dog, to improve your timing :)
