Katie Dalebout is the women behind the podcast and book - Let it Out. She is a woman in Wellness, yet she has been on quite a journey with it. She professes to like a Green Juice as much as the next girl, but over the years her approach to wellness has widened and deepened.
As she journeyed through the world of Wellness, Katie also found journaling, and one of the reasons I love her is that she believes that getting to have those real and honest conversations with ourselves is one of the most empowering things we can ever do.
In this episode we talk:
Katie can be found over at katiedalebout.com. Her book, Let it Out: a Journey through Journaling is on Amazon or other places epically awesome books can be found.
I also mentioned the upcoming release of her Podcasting School. Check back here for a link once it is LIVE.

This is a little pep talk that you can listen to over and over again. The type of listen that I hope you will come back to when you need a reminder of your strength and of your power.
It's for:
It is a positive manifesto, but real, heartfelt and not glossy. Life isn't easy some days, but you've got this.
I reference Lucy Kalanithi in this episode. I heard her statement in her interview with Kate Bower on the podcast - Everything Happens.

Live each day as if it is your last. We hear it all of the time yet few of us really live from that truth. April is different. She has taken this life cliche and used it to fuel her passion for life.
April is absolutely awesome. She is a Social Psychologist and host of the Women Inspired! podcast. She believes when we can recognize the precious gift of each and every day, we can start to really push our comfort zones and get out of our own way.
She has a powerful story that helps illustrate just why she feels so passionately about this. In this episode, we talk through her story including:

Shannon is my personal guru when it comes to Mantras. She does mantras better than anyone I know. Even though Shannon has been on this podcast before, this time we go deeper into her personal story of stepping out of her picture-perfect life and onto a path less travelled. She opens up about her debilitating anxiety and how Mantra's were one of the crucial tools in her journey.
We also discuss:

This week I'm talking about a simple concept that can have HUGE impacts. Asking for what you want.
Too often we assume that people know what it is that is on our heart, but when you step back from the situation, have you ever made sure your hopes and intentions are clear?
In this episode I'm talking:
If you're looking for extra career tips, here is the article I reference in the podcast: https://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/how-to-make-sure-you-dont_b_10129582.html
