When Tiffany Belanger became a new parent and her newborn would not sleep in his bassinet, she was shocked at how difficult it was to find reliable information about safe cosleeping!
After two years of research and real-life trial and error, she founded Cosleepy to help other parents keep their babies safe in their beds. She even refers to herself as the safety captain because it’s very important to her that people know how to bed share SAFELY. Even the parents who don’t plan to!  Because inevitably most will, and knowing how to do it safely is crucial.  

Her work has been referenced in several articles discussing the controversy of cosleeping, most notably New York Magazine's viral article "Are We All Secretly Co-sleeping?" She has a super informative and helpful instagram @cosleepy that has become one of the largest communities of cosleeping parents on the web.

Abby is a type A woman that loves nothing more than a finished to-do list and a tidy house. Which felt DOABLE until their second child joined the mix. All of the sudden she was overwhelmed, frustrated, and felt like she was just scraping by in every area of life.

Then her third was born with down syndrome and she not only became a mother of three but also an inclusion advocate and ally.

She spent 10 years working in a sales role until she slowly transitioned out and is is a business coach and  Co-owner of  @herselfpodcast 

MOST RECENTLY she shared on Instagram that her husband got a vasectomy and why they chose to stop at three.
This decision is on SO MANY OF OUR MINDS that I had to have her on to talk about it!!

Stephanie is Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula, Childbirth Educator, Certified Lactation Counselor, Health and Wellness Educator and Placenta Encapsulator. (She encapsulated my placenta with my 2nd and is going to also do it for my 3rd!)

Throughout her first pregnancy, she became extremely interested in birth education, plans, and stories! In April 2015, she completed her Birth Doula training and started serving families immediately. She has been growing her practice ever since!

She is also the mother to 3 children, a daughter who is 10 and a set of twins who are 7!  Twin mom’s are such an incredible breed and I wanted to ask her EVERYTHING about being a twin mom!

Dr Swensen studies how different substances affect fetal development. In her  work, she wanted to understand if CBD was safe to consume during pregnancy, as many pregnant women use it to decrease the nausea and vomiting of morning sickness.

Since CBD has only been legal since 2018, the research has been very sparse. Over the last few years, they have learned an incredible amount about the potential risks, and potential benefits, of using CBD to decrease morning sickness.
