Heather MacFadyen wrote online before Facebook existed. After years of blog entries, in 2013 she launched a trailblazing podcast called God Centered Mom. In 2018, the show rebranded to the Don’t Mom Alone podcast, and she has a book out NOW of the same name! What I love about Heather is that her content isn’t just for moms. Yes, moms can get so much out of this, but this episode is really about community, listening to the Holy Spirit, and healing - something that can be applied to so many situations and areas of our lives. It’s about confronting and confessing the lies we tell ourselves so that we can align with the truth of who God says we are.
