As I think about raising kids from birth through high school, this is the thing that sticks out the most for me. My worries about them and for them have evolved so much over the years. It seems like worry is a natural part of parenting. But, what good does worry do for us? Usually, we are worrying about something we actually have no control over. In this episode of Launch, Jamie and Lisa unpack the deep shadows of worrying about our kids, how it's often a reflection of our own insecurities, and how we can bury our worries by clinging to the only thing we need.
