First, The plaintiff grew up thinking a man named Earl was her father. When she was a teen, her mom told her Earl wasn’t her dad. She’s petitioning the court for a DNA test. The defendants are the plaintiff’s mom and twin sister. The mom says she got pregnant when she was a 15 by a name named Arthur, but her mother didn’t like Arthur, so the mother forced her to marry Earl. She argues she told her daughters Earl was not their father.

He says he bought a tooth grill from the defendant, but it ruined his teeth, so he’s suing. The defendant says the plaintiff was irresponsible wearing the grill, so whatever happened is his fault.
