This week I get the pleasure to hang out with Marc Juliano from the Philly Pop Punk band GOALKEEPER. The story of the band's beginnings as told by Marc are not only comical but heartwarming. Building a foundation of a band on friendships lent itself to great things for GOALKEEPER in a short period of time. Concentrating on the positive things that come from playing music together brought focus to the fun. There are plenty of stories in the show to hold onto, and if you want to start a band, there is wisdom in here as well.  Join Marc and I as we discuss "Life In Slow Motion" and end up "Happy" that "Bad Times Don't Last."

This week I had the pleasure of speaking with Riley Schmelzer of the Alt Rock outfit NO SIGNAL. Riley’s vision for what is and what will be for No Signal is quite the exceptional story. Riley started at 14 years of age plotting and documenting his plan for NO SIGNAL, through visions and expectations Riley is following the playbook he created. The story is ever evolving, but the core remains the same, be who you are and build something you love. Finding a thought provoking sound and immersing your consciousness  into a world where anything is possible is where NO SIGNAL lives.

This week I catch up with Seth Robinson from the Louisville KY power band NOWHERE FAST. Seth and I connected on many levels of our lives in music and our interests in the same things, but it always led back to NOWHERE FAST. The band stoked a fire in me when I heard a song that  I didn’t know I was searching for. The creators of that song were NOWHERE FAST and that fire led me straight to Seth.  Seth added fuel to that fire with his pure soul and love of all things music. While some find a formula and stick to it, NOWHERE FAST bucks that trend and created what was meant to be. The maturation between albums is a tale of life changing and experiences evolving in ones self.  Those are just some of the things that leave me on the edge of my seat wanting more. That is exactly what NOWHERE FAST  is doing, making more for me to light my way with and yours too. Join Seth and I as we try to be "Soft Spoken" while traversing some "Haunted" "Dark Towns" together.

This week I get the great pleasure to hang out with two cool people, Brenna Red and Bobby Wantland from the punk as f^@k band THE LAST GANG. When you grow up with cool people and they make you a part of the cool, it leads to some special things. Thinking your sibling is a pretty famous star helps, even if he isn't. There comes a time when you need to put something away to find it again and rediscover your passion for it, that's exactly what THE LAST GANG did. They have had some great moments and describe in a way only they can. This episode gives you all you need to stay engaged, great stories, laughter, singing, and someone may have even cried (maybe). Join us as we have some "Shameless" fun while creating more great "Noise Noise Noise."

This week I catch up with the awe-inspiring Jacob Kulick of KULICK. I had the pleasure a couple of months back to see KULICK perform live and that performance made me want to know more about the "Rock Star" I just saw. When it comes to life and struggle, Jacob knows it all too well. His catharsis is creating his musical diary that he shares with the world. It is something he can always look too, to find out where he is on his journey. Throughout our conversation you may look inward at yourself or you may yell out in disagreement, but either way you will feel something. Jacob's story has plenty for everyone and his music has even more to give. Join us as we "Don't Think About" "The People I Know" cause "Everyone I Know Will Die."

KULICK - "Everyone I Know Will Die"               Out January 28th 2022

This week I welcome Matt Mucerino from the "emo-gressive alt rock band CROSSING I'S DOTTING T'S . Matt started writing songs in his bedroom after the loss of his cousin, whom he shared his passion of music with. Not knowing how to write or play music, Matt persevered through it all and created what would become CROSSING I'S DOTTING T'S.  The emotion that comes through in Matt's music blares into the ears of those searching for in your face punk wisdom. CROSSING I's DOTTING T's has hit the ground with a vengeance, already appearing on CBS's "Sounds of the Underground" and "Jam in the Van." Join Matt and I as we try not to "Drown" in "Regret Stained Memories," you won't be "Dissatisfied!"

This week I had the great pleasure to hang out and chat with Anna Morsett form the breathtaking indie rock band THE STILL TIDE. Anna has traveled the globe trying to find her place; but she believes she’s found it now. The music created  by The Still Tide brings back hope that music can transform and transcend boundaries it is sometimes confined by. There comes a time in ones life that they need to feel like they are good enough at what they do to make a difference. In talking with Anna that journey was long and at times scary, but belief in yourself and a little belief from others can bring you to great heights. The name The Still Tide may bring thoughts of not moving, but the music The Still Tide creates moves you to places you can only dream of. Join Anna and I for our exhilarating conversation as we try to “Keep It” “OnThe Line” and learn to “Grow Again” to be “Better Than I’ve Been.”

We Kick Off Season Three with a bang!!! One of our longest episodes so far. I welcomed Matt Carlson of the amazing power pop bands HARBORCOAT and THE STICK AROUNDS. Matt and I find out that we have a lot in common and more to talk about. Matt's story telling is something that will keep you hooked throughout the episode. During our open and honest conversation we try to fix the music industry and wax poetic about the good old days. Aside from being in two awesome bands, Matt is also the Owner/Operator of Photophore Records in Michigan. That should tell you enough about what and where our chat begins, so please join us as the "New Dawn Comes" and we talk about "Things I Should Have Done."

This week I catch up with Craig Broomba of the blazing rock band FILMSPEED! What happens when a cool metal head neighbor turns you on to AC/DC? Work towards turning your life into a rock band, what else are you supposed to do. Craig had a great quest in life surrounded by music, and an Easter gift he received brought him closer to a dream. Commitment to a dream takes a team and Craig found that in a close friend, band mate Nick Stout, along with their drummer Oliver. Filmspeed took a forced downtime that we all experienced to create a new home that is their personal studio. No longer needing to what for space and time, they are free to create at their own Filmspeed (get what I did there?)
