Dustin Jordan, aka Italian Job, calls F3 The Fort (Fort Mill, SC) home. Husband and father of two, he’s been active in F3 since June 2013. He’s was the first Nant’an of F3 Rock Hill (SC), led F3 Nation’s TRUEbadour program, currently leads the communication efforts for F3 Nation, is co-host of the “Stuff Worth Trying Podcast,” and has been a trainer with GrowRuck since February 2021. His passion is empowering men to have the maximum impact in their homes, workplaces, and communities. Dustin is known to challenge his F3 brothers physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. Professionally, he is the Manager of Customer Advocacy at Duke Energy. When not tending to obligations, he enjoys being outside – preferably in the cold – hiking, skiing, camping, and kayaking.

Chad Brough is a PAX of F3 Omaha, and is a leader with 30 years of experience spanning across the healthcare delivery system, from rural community hospitals, large complex systems, academic medical centers and through the largest provider of homecare in the world. Throughout his career, Chad leads with an entrepreneurial spirit by building high growth strategies for new programs and service lines. Most recently, Chad transformed Home Instead’s non-medical home care delivery model to include clinical nursing services and an expanded scope of home care for aging adults. As healthcare increasingly shifts to the home, Chad has become a global thought leader in aging, family caregiving and healthcare delivery in the home. He has served as an expert advisor on care for the aging to The World Economic Forum, The National Academy of Medicine, The Global Coalition on Aging, and he’s spoken at South By Southwest (SXSW). Chad began F3 in 2015 in Greensboro, NC. In 2018,Chad planted F3 in Omaha. Since moving to Omaha, Chad has served on the Boards of the Ronald McDonald House, The MAHA Music Festival and the F3Omaha Foundation

Jason Silverstein is President at Tango a rewards, incentives and payments company in Seattle, Washington. He has served in a variety of technology company roles and in companies of various sizes over his 25+ year career. He graduated from UNC at Chapel Hill as well as the Cox School of Business at SMU.
