February 08, 2024 Deep Dive: The Coveted Girardi Branded Earrings
In this dive we learn more about the chaotic path the custom made earrings have taken that involves multiple robberies, a lengthy HOA lawsuit, and a dalliance with tax authorities, all of which led to the bankruptcy trustee having ample documentation when the time came to confirm items purchased with client funds. We also review bad karma origins of another piece from the "Girardi Collection" and contrast Erika's desire to hold onto the spoils of ill-gotten goods with others who were eager to part with lavish gifts unknowingly funded by Tom's clients.
This dive cites information from multiple L.A. Times and N.Y. Times articles, as well as court case filings.

February 05, 2024 RHOBH Recap: Paella and Prayers
We return to Spain and enjoy an elegant dinner, filled with cultured guests who witness the group being blown away that Erika knows anything beyond how many carats the earrings (that a bunch of diabetes clients unknowingly bought her) were. We're spared from anyone mentioning Sutton's esophagus in this episode but we're forced to hear about how heroic the women felt 8.5 Anne was for saying scary medical terms as Crystal waited for her ambulance, and as Dorit stood by with a "ludicrously capacious" bag.

February 01, 2024 Deep Dive: Jen Shah, Scamworld, and Waterboarding
Back in the winter of 2020, rumors and nastiness regarding Jen Shah's workplace connection to Trump "University" began to percolate. This pod explains Jen's connection to that grift, as well as detailing the company where she worked before just before striking out on her own to lead a national telemarketing scam. Brace yourself for details that include a waterboarding lawsuit so you can cite it when asked to defend working from home.

January 29, 2024 Beverly Hills Recap: The Pain in Spain
A review of new allegations and rebuttals regarding Denise's behavior at Kyle's cannabis dinner before a rant filled recap of a luxurious cast trip to Spain. The Spanish voyage pays homage to an iconic choreographer, tests our patience with more cocky vitriol from a woman thrilled with being rated 8.5, reminds the world that Tom Girardi used client funds to buy gratuitous and illusory displays of wealth, and introduces us to some very likeable ghosts.

A full recap of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Reunion Part 2, including context on social media responses posted after the show. We remember why Mary skipped the last reunion, discuss my own steps to address homeowner liability risks, and wonder whether a 1940's Hollywood starlet would wish to be removed from this narrative or would appreciate the unexpected spotlight. Nothing in Salt Lake is predictable and this recap follows suit.

A dressmaker, a hairdresser, and an ambitious, aspirational housewife, wreak havoc on this season of SLC. With new tea dropping each day from opposing camps and messages being posted on behalf of Jen, let's review moments throughout the season that suddenly make more sense, discuss who is posting what on social media, and then a recap of Reunion Part 1 with my thoughts and predictions for what comes next.
