  • Music For Planned Parenthood - S3E112
In Episode 112 of the “High Regard Show,” “Music for Planned Parenthood," we chat with Nikki's former coworker Jason Gross about his benefit concert for Planned Parenthood at The Bell House in Brooklyn on Wednesday, Dec. 6, featuring Cindy Wilson of The B-52s, Kaki King, Amy Rigby and more. Jason goes to more concerts in a month than most people probably go to in a decade, but this is the first time he's an organizer, and he tells us how the benefit came together, why it's important to support Planned Parenthood and what he does with all those concert tickets.
In “The POTSie,” Tom talks about the big exercise-related milestone he recently achieved, how motivating the Apple Watch is and how looks can be deceiving when it comes to POTS syndrome.

  • Nikki Does Montreal - S3E110
In Episode 110 of the “High Regard Show,” “Nikki Does Montreal,” Nikki talks about the reason we skipped last week's show: She took a solo jaunt to Montreal. How rude! But to make up for it, she shares highlights from her first trip to the gorgeous and historic city, including "Aura" at the Notre-Dame Basilica, its incredible food scene and drinking (two) Roger Rabbits at an underground speakeasy and absinthe inside her hotel, the InterContinental Montreal.
In this week's "The POTSie," we talk about Tom's first visit to a medical marijuana dispensary, the benefits he's already experiencing and how this will help get him off antidepressants once and for all.

  • Dog-nammit - S3E109
In Episode 108 of the “High Regard Show,” “Dog-nammit,” we air the grievances of our first two months as dog owners in New York City, from those people who judge Kona — and us — just because she's a pit bull to the types of heathens who don't pick up after themselves or control their dogs around other dogs.
In this week's "The POTSie," we discuss a possible "natural" treatment that may be on the table for Tom that could take him off many of the 37 pills he takes on a daily basis.

  • T.C.O.B. From Home - S2E108
In Episode 108 of the “High Regard Show,” “T.C.O.B. From Home,” we talk about the benefits, drawbacks and misconceptions of working from home, which Tom does five days a week and Nikki tries to finagle at least one day every other week. The show stemmed from a workday brainstorming visit Tom had from two coworkers he hasn't seen in more than seven months – the first time he's really seen anyone besides Nikki, Lil Tyler Durden and Kona.
Longtime listeners may remember S1E5 in which Tom talked about playing a "Happy Days" game as a kid in which everyone always wanted to be the Fonze and never Potsie, but from now on, that's just who he's going to be in the new POTS syndrome-focused new segment, "The POTSie." In this first installment, we outline what you can expect, from raising awareness for this cureless disease and updates on Tom's health.

The cover song expert tells us how a radio show and decade-old blog turned into an in-depth, incredible tome. Plus, we share what our Top 5 favorite songs are — and they may surprise you.
This week, we say goodbye to "Roly Poly Roarty" now that Tom is a year post-bariatric surgery. But if you're worried your favorite chatty Cathy will be down a segment, have no fears because he has a brand-new POTS-themed segment launching next week in its place.

She tells us how she trains the puppies over the course of 18 to 24 months — and how it's actually a good thing when it's time to say goodbye, even though it never gets easier.
In this week’s “Roly Poly Roarty,” Tom speaks about how New York's never-ending summer weather is affecting his POTS syndrome in a not-good way and gives a hint about the future of this year-long segment.

  • Netflix Sex Ed-S2E105
In Episode 105 of the “High Regard Show,” “Netflix Sex Ed," we talk about Netflix's new original animated series, "Big Mouth," which we think should be required sex ed for just about everyone, especially in these dark days. The show, which stars Nick Kroll, John Mulaney, Jessi Klein, Jason Mantzoukas, Jenny Slate, Fred Armisen, Maya Rudolph and Jordan Peele, takes a hilarious and realistic look at the trials, tribulations, titillations and terrors of puberty.
In “Roly Poly Roarty,” Tom recounts a week that featured more than one severe blackout, including one that gave Nikki quite a fright.

In Episode 104 of the “High Regard Show,” "Broadway's '1984,'” Nikki and Tom talk about seeing the brilliant, frightening and oh-so-timely Broadway production of George Orwell’s “1984,” which stars Tom Sturridge and Olivia Wilde. From our review of their breathtaking performances to Nikki telling you why she needed a good cry afterward, we tell you why you need to see this play ASAP before it takes its final bow on Oct. 8.
In "Roly Poly Roarty," Tom discusses reaching his one-year milestone after his bariatric surgery — which maybe could have been avoided if he'd been diagnosed with POTS syndrome earlier — and why he may possibly end "RPR" now that he's just a few pounds away from his goal weight.
We also talk about the first week with our new bundle of joy, Kona, who has truly stolen our hearts. Are you following @TheKonaPersona’s exploits on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook? WELL, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR??
