This episode reflects the transformative power of water in finding inner peace and connection with one's authentic self.

A conversation was had with a client about all the different ways that water can help us de-stress in our lives and offer us wisdom from deep within our soul. That’s truly where all our answers are, some of us could use more tools to tap into that wisdom.

So here you go! 

Drink water, take a bath or shower, driving to the lake, or walk to that pond to add water to your day somehow.

The whole idea is to reduce our stress and come back to centre.

Sometimes a drink of water can help you slow down, or come back to centre to recalibrate.

I am a water person.

When i need it, i take myself to a body of water and let the water mirror into me.

Our bodies and brains can adapt to the calm lake or pond.

It’s magical.

Taking the time to be in the stillness, it can be quite powerful.

Then we can get the big magical ideas, like Elizabeth Gilbert talks about in her book Big Magic, the question is, are you trusting it? That’s the practice of it all. Here is a link to her book if that interests you.

When we are still and take a moment to pause, and pracitce listening inward to that soul wisdom voice, we can hear that part of ourselves, our higher self, our intuitive self and it will lead us to what’s for our highest good.

My Women supporting women events have started! Today I wished to recap the event I did in person, share with you why I feel it’s important and how it raises our vibration in our lives.

I am after connecting with like minded people that lift us up.

I believe this connection that’s available for us, for us women, can be so empowering and inspiring for us all. As a woman myself, it’s really important for me to inspire other women leaders to come back to that steady state within.

It’s for life, relationships and business for me.

I feel this is key for our joy, peace and growth.

Watch out for more in person events as I have a fire lit within me to continue these.

I am after making impact in the lives of others, to help you raise your vibration and follow those universal signs that you get to move forward in your life, just like I have.

I feel so supported now by other women, when in the past I felt a lot of competition and comparison.

Now I am amongst women who are all after supporting each other and we all believe in abundance.

And what I mean is that there is enough to go around, we are enough and the more of us doing this work, we raise our vibrational energy.

There are enough people to help and serve and support so there is always room for more of us running events, coaching or sharing wellness ideas with other people.

Imagine the expansiveness that can happen if more of us are sharing positive vibes, and sharing our more empowering ideas with others.

Let’s continue getting in the rooms in person where people want to talk about more meaningful things and meet those that want to support others on this journey.

Let’s go through life with loving intention to support and serve others and watch what will unfold for you in your life.

Be your true authentic self during this December.

Today’s episode is about how different people experience the holiday season.

Do you enjoy this season? Do you celebrate something?

As an east Indian, we do celebrate Christmas and enjoy the Holiday Season.

I already sense the busy-ness and stress that is out there in the air.

Some people embrace this time of year and some are overwhelmed and get caught in the “should’s” of this season.

Remember, we have choice and you get to choose what’s right for you.

Then you will live less stressed and more connected to your true authentic self and you will be happier and experience more joy.

I invite you to bring on some spaciousness and ask for what you actually want.

Take on some inspiring ideas of what is possible and make December the best it can be for YOU!
