talk a lot about maintaining physical health, body habits.
This is the base work for creating a life of deep spiritual connection.
The spiritual life is not apart from daily living. You have no consciousness, you are consciousness.
You have no awareness, you are pure witnessing awareness. The physical body is the vehicle for spirit to experience the precipitation of this awareness. From this philosophy comes possibilities for radical change and rapid healing. Physical practices, body maintenance help integrate this philosophy.
Behaviors can go in one of two directions,
Regenerating your body towards wholeness and health.
Degenerating your body towards dis-ease and poor health.
Although our body is quite resilient, we can stay stuck in old degenerative behaviors for a long time without seeing any physical distress.
This is why the belief that I can can do anything and eat anything with no effects is pretty common.
But what I want to talk about today for a few minutes is how regenerative practices support a deepening of a spiritual life and connection to intuition.
So First what do I mean by regenerative practices. There are very simple body habits and self care practices that I am talking about from our ancient ancestors who payed attention to these things. From Chinese medicine, yin needs to be balanced by yang. That is the subtle feminine force, meditation, rest, reflection practices, needs to be balance by the yang masculine force, doing, outward interaction, accomplishment productivity.
When we find a balance between these two forces, there is a sense of balance and fulfillment.
When all of the practices and routines that I speak about are in place, morning, evening dincharya, rhythmic eating, deep nourishment from self care. The physical body becomes attuned to subtle energy and expanded consciousness.
All these practices, wen they become automated, that is unconscious behaviors like brushing your teeth and picking your nose, become a support system to carry you down stream, with the flow of life, rather than upstream. It can be a fake it til you make kind of thing and thats fine. Each time you are faking it, you are reprogramming your mind and nerves to that of nurturance and support.
This helps life becomes smoother, not because you don’t have challenges and difficulties, but because the nervous system is resilient, recharged and has the support of deep nutrition, mental ease and emotional intelligence to face the challenges as opportunities for growth.

Welcome dear listener!
Thank you for the kind reviews. I really appreciate it.
Today I want to share with you afe thoughts.
I am guiding a group of peeps this month who are ready to uplevel their habits. This is happening very soon. This is my favorite course to teach as it invites you to reshape your life taking one small action step at a time.
Is this for you?
Ask yourself
Are my current habits supporting my health long term?
Are my current habits supporting my rest and sleep?
Are my current habits giving me deeper energy?
We know what is best for our bodies, exercise, healthy food, time to relax,
Yet it is very challenging to change our behaviors for good. To implement new behaviors that support regeneration and vitality.
Why?
We try for a while, really hard and may not see any results. This is because physical and psychological changes take time to catch up with the new behaviors. It is hard to see and measure the small steps taken in each moment. But when done over time, these small steps accumulate and create massive change.
We must expect it to be hard, to be challenging, if it was easy everyone would be in their greatest shape, best health and cognitively healthy.
This is why ordinary thinking and ordinary action are almost never enough.
Our current identity is a direct reflection of who we believe ourselves to be.
To change your behaviors for good you need to start believing new things about yourself, about what Is possible.
Your actions, which overtime create your life experience.
This is why it is so important to choose your behaviors intelligently rather than mindless moving through life hoping for the best. Get out there and create your best life. Remember that it begins with what you believe is possible.
Get curious about what is possible and how you want to experience your life.
Take action now and schedule complementary wellness workshop.

Welcome dear listener,
Thank you for the reviews!
Giving your digestion a break to help process accumulated toxins.
Each fall and spring, you need to detox to move old toxins out of the body.
In Ayurveda this is done twice a year, even seasonally for some who need deeper healing,
This is different from the juice fad detoxes that can be pretty harsh and stressful on the body.
I have an ebook outiining exactly how to do this.
Basically it is a process of eating easily digestible food to receive some of that energy your body usually will use for digesting and instead use it to move some old stored toxins out of the body.
When this is done in combination with dry brushing, self massage, and gentle yoga, the body can really enter a state of healing and nourishment.
If you want to get in on this, click the link and get the ebook.

Begin to explore if you are eating the same stuff all the time.
What is available near you?
Then get curious about what kind of nutrients are actually in the food you are eating and question if you are receiving everything you need to thrive! Chances are you are not unless you are on top of your game, drinking fresh veggie juice every day, along with a colorful plate of food.
Choose a diversity of plants to consume. Lighten the toxic accumulation in your body by choosing organic when ever possible.
Thank you for listening.
Much love,

Welcome,
Thank you for tuning in.
Thank you for all of the reviews! I appreciate it!
Plant based diet, the environment and the intelligence within it.
It may seem kind woo woo. But that is because of our disconnection with nature. We are nature and the sooner we come to terms with this health and vitality can be restored.
How do you feed yourself?
What are your goto meals?
How diverse are they?
Do you eat conventional farmed veggies?
Today there are so any protocols and diets, everyone has some form of identity with what it is they eat.
I am a vegan, I’m paleo, I’m keto, I am vegetarian, you get the point.
What happened to I am human! I eat food that supports my vitality.
But I get it, it is hard today to understand what it really is that does support your vitality.
We have packaged foods labeled as healthy, labeled and presented in a way that attracts your attention and that when you do eat it causes your reward centers to go off the charts, keeping you coming back for more.
On top of this is the residues of chemical pesticides that accumulate in your body. Processed and even conventionally farmed foods are laden with chemical residues, which accumulate in your body over time.
This will drain your energy, create mental fog, turn off your ability to focus, I know this because I experienced this in my own body. It was not how I wanted to live my life.
So how then do you begin to break out of this convenient food paradigm?
Small actions, each choice you make contributes to your whole experience and state of being.
When you consume a diverse range of organic produce it helps the body receive what it needs nutritionally.
One thing that diets have in common is eating vegetables, plants.
The more diverse you can eat the broader range of nutrients, phytonutrients, and other very important compounds you encounter.
This good because there are so many unique compounds found in the not so commonly consumed produce. This is great for stimulating your bodies innate ability to detox naturally.

I hope you find what it is you need to support yourself each morning with ease.
A routine to maintain health is known as dinacharys. When you have a regular time to wind down in the evening your body knows. This over time signals the body to begin the wind down process, helping to set you up to get the deep rejuvenating sleep you need after a long day of excitement. A regular routine creates a sense of certainty, which the nervous system loves to stay relaxed and restful. Your mind will also love you for this because when your nervous system is relaxed, you sleep deeper and the brain can do all it's functions affectively during the night. Evening is a great time to begin the wind down process.

How often do you find yourself stufing your face? Digestion is key for a healthy long life and Ayurveda has a great way of looking at digestion.
Key points from Ayurveda to optimize your digestion.
Meal spacing to activate the digestive fire.
Consuming a lighter and earlier dinner to enrich sleep. (lighter dinner! not under nourishing yourself!)
There are many layers to digestion, from emotions, experiences and food you receive, everything needs to be processed, assimilated and released.
Meal spacing allows your matabolism to become flexible, ability to switch fuel sources and burn through old toxins stored in the deeper tissues of your body.
These toxins can include stored emotions, old patterns, beleifs, along with environmental toxins.
Give yourself time between meals to be ready to receive your next meal. I mean really ready. Feeling hunger is a powerful sensation.
Explore what it feels like and invite curiosity to try something new. Challenge youself to do something different.
If you would like to explore this deeper with me, sign up for a free wellness workshop.
Remember to enjoy the process of doing something new. Life is too short to not have the energy you are meant to and to limit yourself to behaviors that don't support your growth!

With every moment comes an opportunity to take responsibility of your actions. It is not always easy. Gratitude and appreciation help!
I met Case Squillacote about ten years ago and one thing I have noticed is that she is always trying new things and questioning old patterns. Casey is always exploring new ways to support herself. Wether it is through movement and exercise or with new foods she enjoys the path of a dynamic and engaged life.
Grief, especially when someone you love and care for passes, can be a catalyst for change. Seeing and experiencing the direct connection betwen how lifestyle and choices influence long term health can be a driver for change.
Learning to nourish yourself in new ways helps broaden your perspective and deepens your path to longterm health.
There are many ways to support yourself throughout your life, try something new. If it resonates keep it, if not, throw it out!

The purusharthas are the four aims of life to support the souls purpose.
When aligned to these aims one can notice where and when upgrades are needed to find balance and create an enjoyable, impactful life.
These aims are ,
Dharma, the duty or impact you have to offer.
Artha, the things you need to support yourself.
Kama, the joy of what it means to be alive.
Moksha, freedom to and freedom from the confinements of the mind.
These are aims, not goals. This means that they are always evolving throughout your life, just as you are. These aims are great tools to find balance and stay aligned with that which supports the path to fulling the souls purpose.
