HOLOSKY PODCAST

For decades, locals around Lake Worth, Texas have told stories of a creature unlike anything they've ever seen.

Standing nearly seven feet tall, covered in coarse fur, with the head of a goat and the body of a man, witnesses claimed the creature stalked the shores of the lake, leaped across rocky bluffs, and even hurled a tire at terrified motorists.

What started as a handful of late-night encounters in the summer of 1969 quickly exploded into one of America's most famous cryptid legends. Police were called, hundreds of people flooded the area hoping to catch a glimpse of the creature, and newspapers across Texas dubbed it the Lake Worth Monster.

But what did people actually see?

Was it an escaped animal... an elaborate hoax... mass hysteria... or something far stranger lurking along the shoreline?

This week we dive into the history of the Lake Worth Monster, examine the original eyewitness reports, separate fact from folklore, and explore how one bizarre series of encounters transformed into one of the most enduring cryptid cases in American history.

Stay Safe. Stay Weird.

The Copley Woods Encounter | Part 3

As Budd Hopkins continues working with Kathie Davis, each hypnosis session uncovers memories that become increasingly difficult to explain.

What began as unexplained missing time evolves into detailed recollections of strange examinations, recurring encounters with Gray beings, and experiences that appear to span generations. As Kathie struggles to make sense of what she remembers, similar events begin unfolding around her children, raising disturbing questions that extend far beyond a single witness.

Then the investigation takes an unexpected turn.

Kathie reveals a memory she insists has stayed with her for years—not of another examination or another missing night, but of meeting a little girl she believes is somehow connected to her. The claim would become one of the most controversial aspects of Budd Hopkins' research and one of the most debated subjects in the history of alien abduction literature.

In Part 3, we examine the testimony, the hypnotic regressions, and the extraordinary claims that transformed the Copley Woods Encounter from an isolated case into one of the most discussed abduction investigations ever documented.

As always, we present the evidence, the accounts, and the history, leaving the conclusions up to you.

Stay Safe. Stay Weird.

The Copley Woods Encounter continues.

After the mysterious landing near the pool house and the appearance of an eight-foot circle where nothing would ever grow again, Kathie Davis begins working with renowned UFO investigator Budd Hopkins to uncover the memories hidden behind years of missing time.

What follows is a series of hypnotic regressions unlike anything either of them expected.

Kathie recalls an egg-shaped craft standing on four articulated legs, a glowing sphere of light that scans her body while leaving her completely paralyzed, and silent figures waiting in the darkness outside her home. As the memories return, the physical sensations become just as disturbing—pain, paralysis, white-out vision, unexplained injuries, and a mysterious voice seemingly warning her not to remember.

But the investigation doesn't stop there.

The strange activity follows Kathie into her everyday life. Unexplained lights move through her home, mysterious humming noises fill the night, blood appears on her bed sheets, and lifelong medical anomalies begin raising even more questions.

In Part 2 of the Copley Woods Encounter, we dive deeper into Budd Hopkins' investigation as the line between forgotten memories and present-day experiences becomes increasingly blurred.

Stay Safe. Stay Weird.

The Copley Woods Encounter | Intruders by Budd Hopkins

What begins as a simple check on a pool house quickly spirals into one of the strangest UFO encounters ever investigated.

A light left on.

A garage door that shouldn't be open.

An eight-foot circle of dead grass that never recovers.

Then come the missing memories, mysterious phone calls, generations of bizarre experiences, and evidence suggesting that whatever happened in Copley Woods may have been affecting this family for decades.

In this episode, we dive into one of Budd Hopkins' most compelling investigations from Intruders and examine why this case became a cornerstone in the study of alien abduction phenomena.

What would you do if something invisible started leaving messages inside your home?

In the late 1950s, a quiet family living in Battersea, London found themselves at the center of one of Britain's most bizarre paranormal cases. It began with a mysterious silver key that appeared on a teenage girl's pillow—only to reappear after being removed. Soon after came unexplained knocking from inside the walls, strange messages written throughout the home, and a presence that seemed determined to make itself known.

As the activity intensified, furniture moved on its own, blankets were ripped from beds, objects flew across rooms, unexplained fires broke out, and an unseen voice began carrying on conversations with witnesses. The disturbances became so persistent that police officers, investigators, journalists, spiritualists, skeptics, and even the BBC were drawn into the case.

In this episode, we examine the strange events that unfolded inside the Battersea home, the witnesses who experienced them firsthand, and the evidence that has kept this case alive for decades.

Was it an elaborate hoax?

A misunderstood psychological phenomenon?

Or one of the most compelling poltergeist cases ever documented?

Join us as we dive into The Battersea Poltergeist.

What happens when a UFO encounter becomes something far stranger?

In this episode, we explore one of the most unusual cases in UFO history—a close encounter that left witnesses questioning not only what they saw in the sky, but what may have been watching them from the darkness.

As strange lights appeared overhead and an extraordinary event unfolded, witnesses reported the presence of a mysterious figure that seemed to appear alongside the phenomenon. Was it a guardian? A warning? A coincidence? Or something far more difficult to explain?

Join us as we examine the testimony, the timeline, and the lasting mystery behind a case that continues to challenge conventional explanations decades later.

Was the UFO the real mystery?

Or was something else watching from the shadows?

The Roswell story didn't end in 1947.

For decades afterward, witnesses, military personnel, family members, and researchers continued to uncover stories that many participants carried with them for the rest of their lives. Some refused to speak. Others hinted at what they knew. A few finally shared their accounts before they passed away.

In the final chapter of our Roswell series, we examine the last testimonies surrounding the most famous UFO case in history. From military police and recovery personnel to photographers, pilots, political figures, and family members, these accounts paint a picture of an event that many witnesses claimed was far stranger than the official explanation.

Were these stories the product of fading memories and decades of speculation?

Or were they the final pieces of a mystery that has remained hidden since the summer of 1947?

Join us as we explore the witnesses who carried Roswell's secrets to the very end.
