This week I interviewed Jason Curtis who is a highly sought out strength and conditioning coach, the author of several books on fitness, the founder pf the SCC Academy who got his start as a Military trainer in the British military. While all of that made him worth speaking with it was his military training that really peaked my interest. With Israel 7 months into a war, with aemy service mandatory for all of our children, as a PT who helps rehab soldiers as well as prepare many before drafting. I knew that we could all benefit from hearing Jason.

After a very upsetting experience with a colleague in the health field who shockingly turned out to be an anti semite, I turned to The Pulse of Israel's Avi Abelow to try and understand why. Avi tells as he likes to put it "the politically incorrect truth" 

I felt like getting a Torah understanding of anti semitism and defense of this land could really help put this into perspective as well. So I asked my brother Rabbi Shlomo Ben Zeev to join me for his straight from the Torah views. As he put it they may not be politically correct but it's what the Torah says. Just like Avi!

In this week's episode I am so fortunate to speak with author Elle Russ, who literally had to solve her own thyroid problem after being let down by so many doctors, she is an incredible and inspiring educator who makes this complex topic simple.
