Wow, what little confidence some Holiness Pentecostals have in the Holy Spirit and its finishing work! When outward appearance is regularly legislated by church leaders, it begins to look more and more like a lack of dependance on God to bring the work He started in believers, to its completion! Modesty is one way churches in this movement tend to “take things into their own hands” and compose doctrines that are unsupported by Scripture. Today is all about modesty.
