About Martine:
My lifestyle mindset of health and wellness began when I witnessed my mother go from being a professional go-getter to having a stroke and becoming dependent on others. My trial showed me how women need to focus on destressing and taking care of their entire being. I completed my studies at Dawson College and Barry University in Miami, Florida, where I was successful in earning a Doctoral of Nursing Practice.
I have over 27 years of experience in my field and have an online course, alongside my best-selling book, workbook, and Podcast. I am a public speaker, and I was featured on WFLA Channel 8 BLOOM, where my expertise and devotion were highlighted to impact others in the community and beyond. Inspired by God, my mother, and Dr. Maya Angelou, I travel the world and am intentional about gaining wisdom that allows me to serve others.
