Hooked On T.J. Hooker

This is now a true crime podcast. Join Eric and Ben as they recount an episode of T.J. Hooker called "Lag Time" that COULD'VE happened in real life. Or what's real anyway? We're just trusting police reports on other podcasts now? In this episode Stacy deals with the fall out of almost being murdered. The brass comes down on her pretty hard for surviving a deadly encounter. Then we have our villains of the week who just love heists and heisting. A respawned Marjoe plays a guy teaching other criminals how to disarm cops. Vince Romano finally gets something to do too! He's going back to school for law and decides to come out against the US Constitution. All of this and much more!

We discuss Season 4, Episode 20 - Serial Murders! Two religious freaks are going around killing people. Sounds about white. Hooker teams up with Detective Lee Stockwell, a woman on the force he used to sleep with, because of course he did. Lee is wired on cocaine and wants to get this case solved. Hooker wants lunch and is denied it. The episode ends with a very amusing cociane PSA by Shatner. Heather Locklear appeared to talk Teej on Stephen Baldwin's podcast. Eric is going to the Star Trek convention. Go see him and We Hate Movies 8/4-8/7 in Las Vegas.

We're back in the bluesuit cockpit to discuss the emergency situation that is William Shatner Eating Cereal In His Car! After that we dive into Season 4 Episode 19 - Homecoming. T.J. Hooker welcomes his children back to the bosom of Los Santos. Tommy "T.J. Junior" Hooker and Chrissy Hooker are back on the program! Tommy sleeps with a football and annoys T.J. with all this talk about "Mom's boyfriend." Then there's a hospital robbery Scooby-Doo plot line that unfolds. Thank you Tom from the U.K. for assisting with the audio clips!

On the return of Hooked on T.J. Hooker we're discussing the William Shatner directed dud of an episode Sanctuary! Yes, they're trapped in a church! Yes, William Shatner's wife is a prominent cast member! Yes, Corrigan gets shot and is out of the episode pretty quick!

WARNING: Gun shots are used in this episode. We will be discontinuing them going forward! Now that that's out of the way, on this new edition of Hooked on T.J. Hooker we investigate the backdoor pilot episode Hollywood Starr! Sharon Stone guest stars as Dani Starr. She's a detective in the faraway town of Hollywood. Hooker transports a criminal and loses him then forces himself into Starr's case and life. Starr has a pet turtle and a full answering machine. We go up against the Mafia! And has the tide turned on T.J. Clippers? Plus: men's bathroom habits explained.

Hooked on T.J. Hooker has returned with a love story called Love Story! It's Los Santos, so even a romantic episode about Hooker meeting a lady has to still be about a rape/rob/murder gang. Hey, Miguel Ferrer! Romano sidelined! Corrigan sidelined! Stacy sidelined! Whale pendant! Whale… restaurant? Bee corpse!!! We also talk the State of the Pod, flattering invitations, and how we will try to move forward.

Has T.J. Hooker been taking bribes and writing bad checks all over town? Our hero battles Internal Affairs and an evil prostitution and heroin peddling Las Vegas crime syndicate. It's a good episode, folks, and on Tubi! Meanwhile Romano and Corrigan are helping an illegal immigrant (I'm mentioning this plot-line for the algorithm - it loves talk about "the illegals.") This episode is dedicated to James Darren. We salute you as another Bluesuit joins the Bluesky (not social media-- Heaven.)

We apologize for audio inconsistencies on this episode but we're here! And you thought we'd never be back. Well, here we are! It's Outcall! This is an episode about Chinatown, Vietnamese death squads, massage parlors and a fella named "Blood." So much to unpack here including T.J. vs a snake. Plus we travel to the world of Teej Peaks. Tune in and tune out.

We're back in blue with a great episode on "Trackdown." Robert Hatch (Tom Zarek, Captain Apollo, Robert Marshall) is our killer of the week and he sure does love what he does. Hooker is an eternal force dating back before the founding of Los Santos. We hope you enjoy and we hope it gels!

Merry Bluemas, Bluesuits! It's a new episode of your favorite T.J. Hooker recap show, Hooked on T.J. Hooker! The episode in question is The Surrogate where Old Teej is trailing a woman killer - specifically he kills women who cheat on their husbands AND listen to a Dr. Ruth-like Radio Sex Show. And guess who gets to have sex with the Dr. Ruth stand in played by Belinda Montgomery? You guessed it - Old Teej. Plus things get steamy between Stacy and Corrigan! Turtle races! Romano not doing anything! Tune in and tune out.
