Bill Fenlon, the winningest head coach in DePauw University men's basketball history amassed 585 wins, 6 NCAA Tournament appearances, and 7 conference championships in 37 seasons overall as a collegiate head coach including 30 at DePauw. Fenlon previously coached seven seasons as a head coach at Sewanee, Rose-Hulman, and Southwestern University (Texas). He retired in 2022 as the 4th winningest active coach in Division 3.

Fenlon was recognized as the 2021 Jack Bennett Award recipient which is presented annually to a non-Division I head coach who achieves success on the basketball court, while displaying great moral integrity off of the court as well.

Fenlon's impact has been felt beyond the student-athletes he's coached as he has annually led student teams to Belfast, Northern Ireland to work with PeacePlayers International on conflict resolution and peace initiatives.

As a player, Bill earned three letters as a member of the Northwestern Wildcats basketball team. He was an all-state high school player at Marist High School in Atlanta and was inducted into the school’s athletic hall of fame in 2006.

Bob Ludwig is a Men's Basketball Assistant Coach at DII St. Leo University in Florida.

Prior to joining the staff at St. Leo, Ludwig was a varsity head coach at IMG Academy during the 2023-2024 season. Ludwig previously served six seasons as the head coach at NAIA Peru State College in Nebraska. Ludwig's collegiate coaching experience includes stops at Nebraska Wesleyan University (2007-08), Bellevue University (2008-2011), Midland University (2011-15), Peru State (2015-16, 2017-23), and Central Wyoming College (2016-17).

Ludwig's teams have combined to win five conference titles and eight NAIA tournament appearances including finishing as the national runner-up in 2014 with Midland. He has recruited and coached 13 NAIA All-Americans, 29 NAIA Daktronics Scholar-Athletes, and 35 All-conference performers.

As a player, Ludwig was a three-year letter winner at Nebraska Wesleyan.

Chris McMillian is the Men’s Basketball Associate Head Coach at Central Michigan University. He joined Head Coach Tony Barbee’s staff as an assistant coach in May of 2021 and was promoted to associate head coach in August 2024.

Prior to Central Michigan, McMillian spent two seasons at Idaho State (2019-21), after serving as the Director of Player Performance at Illinois-Chicago for four years, overseeing the design and implementation of the Flames' strength and conditioning program.

McMillian's resume also includes stops as an assistant coach at the College of Southern Idaho (2014-15) and at Hawaii (2010-14), where he served first as the strength coach and video coordinator before being promoted to the director of basketball operations. He began his coaching career as the director of operations at Centenary College in 2009-10.

As a player, McMillian was a four-year starter at Wyoming from 1998-2003 where he helped lead the Cowboys to two Mountain West Conference titles and an NCAA Tournament berth.

Byron Burt is an aspiring G-League/NBA Coach who previously served as the Head Boys’ Basketball Coach at St. Laurence High School in Chicago, Illinois. He also spent two seasons as the Head Coach at his alma mater, Stephen T. Mather High School before landing the job at St. Laurence. Byron also worked at Beacon Academy in Chicago as the Head Boys’ Basketball Coach and Assistant Athletic Director from 2017 to 2018.

Coach Burt has worked as a coach at the youth level since his playing days and currently helps to oversee Chicago Hoops, the AAU Program he started back in 2016.

Byron played college basketball at Loyola of Chicago for Coach Porter Moser.

Jake Diebler is the Head Men’s Basketball at the Ohio State University. He has been with the Buckeyes for a total of eight seasons. He was a video coordinator with the program from 2014-16 and then returned as an assistant coach prior to the 2019-20 season. He was promoted to associate head coach before the 2021-22 season and then was named interim head coach on Feb. 14, 2024. The first Ohioan to be Ohio State’s head coach in 35 years, Diebler led the Buckeyes to a 6-2 record in his time as the interim head coach.

Following the Big Ten Tournament, Diebler was named the full time head coach and led the Buckeyes to the quarterfinals of the NIT. Overall, Diebler amassed an 8-3 record as head coach at the end of the 2023-24 season.

Jake began his coaching career at Valparaiso with Bryce Drew from 2009-2013. He also worked for Drew at Vanderbilt from 2016-2019.

As a player Jake holds the all-time Ohio high school career records in both assists (835) and steals (578). At Valparaiso, Diebler finished his Crusader career 10th with 130 career steals and 16th all-time at Valpo with 229 career assists.
