Danny Gallagher is the Girls’ Basketball Head Coach at Magnificat High School in Cleveland, Ohio. Gallagher just completed his 5th season as the Head Coach after previously serving as both the boys’ freshman coach and varsity assistant at St. Edward High School under Eric Flannery.

Danny is also the Cleveland Old School Athletics AAU Basketball Director.

Ed Chao is the VP of Operations at Cerebro Sports where they have the vastest collection of basketball box scores in the world, especially in the youth space. Cerebro organizes these box scores into basketball tools for basketball people while partnering with event operators around the country as well as vendors who stream youth basketball or do video breakdowns.

Ed earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Rice University in Houston and went on to earn a Masters in Public Health from Emory University, focusing on epidemiology. Pat Woods is the Girls’ Basketball Head Coach at Cape Henlopen High School in Delaware. In his 4 seasons the Vikings have won 4 Division titles, 3 conference titles and been 2x State quarterfinalists, 1x State Final Four 2020. Pat is a 2x conference coach of the year, has coached 4 conference players of the year and has had 5 scholarship players. Pat was previously the boys JV Coach at Cape Henlopen for 5 seasons.

Woods is founder & CEO of Factory Sports which started in 2011. He directed 3 years of summer camps then opened the facility in 2014. After being shut down in 2020 Woods created and published “The Player’s Journal” for players to work on their game on their own.

Woods played his high school basketball at Cape Henlopen and then moved on to Wesley College where he scored over 1,000 points and finished in the top ten all time in assists and three pointers made.

Andy Farrell is the Special Assistant to the Head Coach & Recruiting Coordinator at the University of Dayton. After serving as the UD basketball program’s Director of Scouting and Program Development for two seasons, Farrell moved into his new role in the 2019-2020 season.

Andy has spent time as a Director of Basketball Operations, Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at DePaul University, Longwood University, and Southwest Mississippi Community College.

Farrell is the Co-Founder and Senior Executive Director of Rising Coaches, a membership-based community for coaches that connects, develops and facilitates career advancement for its members.

A native of Dayton and 2007 UD grad, Farrell he served as a student manager for the men's basketball program, as well as a marketing director and camp coordinator for the women's program. Farrell then headed to VCU where he earned his master's degree in Sports Leadership/Coaching and worked as a graduate assistant coach and video coordinator under current Dayton Head Coach Anthony Grant.

Eric Horstman is the founder of the Flyin’ to the Hoop High School Basketball Invitational in Dayton, Ohio. The inaugural year for the event was 2003. The event is currently ranked as the #2 Basketball Showcase for high school basketball nationwide per CBS Sports / MaxPreps. 20,000+ fans, college coaches and media attend the event each year which annually pumps over $1.9M into the local Dayton economy. 87 alumni of the event have been drafted into the NBA (or NFL).

Dr. Oliver Eslinger, an NABC Guardian of the Game, the 2019-20 conference Coach of the Year, and Caltech's all-time program leader in NCAA wins, was named Head Men's Basketball Coach for the California Institute of Technology in the fall of 2008. Since his initial campaign, "Doc's" Caltech squads have set more than 150 team and individual records, including most conference wins in a season, the best start in history, and most victories in a season since 1954. in 2019 Eslinger was appointed to the Division III Men's Basketball National Committee where he serves as the Region 10 chair. He is actively involved in the Coaches vs Cancer program supported by the NABC and the American Cancer Society.

In Doc’s third season, after a slew of media coverage, including a front page piece by Pulitzer Prize winning writer John Branch in The New York Times, Caltech finally pulled through and made history on February 22, 2011 when it topped Occidental 46-45 in the last game of the season -- the first conference victory for the program since 1985a streak of 310 straight losses.

Eslinger spent the six seasons at MIT, where he served as associate head coach and the program's top assistant.

Eslinger previously served as Head Coach at Boston University Academy and as an assistant coach at his alma mater, Bethlehem Central High School in Delmar, NY. He stays actively involved in camps and clinics at all levels, making significant contributions to Bentley, Harvard, Boston University, Boston College, Rising Star, Crossover Sports in Shanghai, China, and the Matt Lottich Life Skills Basketball Camp in the Bay Area.

Roshawn Russell is the Head Boys’ Basketball Coach at St. Rita High School in Chicago ,Illinois. Russell took over the head job at his alma mater after serving as an assistant coach for five seasons under the previous head coach Gary DeCesare.

Russell also has experience at the college level having been an assistant coach at Division 3 Fontbonne University in St. Louis for three seasons.

Roshawn played his high school basketball at St. Rita’s and then attended North Park University in Chicago where he enjoyed an outstanding playing career for the Vikings.
