T.K. Griffith has been the head boys basketball coach at Archbishop Hoban High School in Akron, Ohio since 1993 when he was hired at his alma mater at age 21. Griffith has an overall record of 424-196 in 27 seasons as the Knight’s head coach.

He has been named North Coast League Coach of the Year five times as his teams have won seven NCL league championships since 2006. In addition, Griffith has earned honors from the Touchdown Club (1998, 2008), the Plain Dealer (1999) the OHSAA (North-South Coach 2009) and has been chosen to coach the GABCA all-star game multiple times.

TK was a member of the 1989 Hoban state championship basketball team as a player. He is also the host of The Teacher Coach Podcast.

Travis Schwab is entering his 6th year as the head men’s basketball coach at Muskingum University. Schwab coached Marcus Dempsey who was named the Academic All-American of the Year for Division III men's basketball in 2019-2020 and was a two-time Academic All-American (First Team 2019-20, Third Team 2017-18)

Schwab arrived at Muskingum after a highly successful eight-year tenure at Wittenberg University. Under Schwab’s tutelage, numerous Tiger student-athletes were honored with All-NCAC accolades.

Prior to Wittenberg, Schwab was assistant men’s basketball coach at Kenyon College during the 2006-07 campaign. He helped lead the Lords to double-digit wins for the first time in more than a decade and developed multiple student-athletes who were recognized with All-NCAC honors.

Schwab started his collegiate coaching career at Heidelberg University as a graduate assistant coach from 2004-06.

Schwab, a 2004 Ohio Wesleyan University graduate, is one of only two only players in NCAC history to be selected first-team all-conference four consecutive years during his career in the Ohio Wesleyan program. Following his senior season, Schwab was named to the prestigious National Association of Basketball Coaches All-America Team. Schwab's 1,985 career points rank second on the Ohio Wesleyan career scoring list and third on the NCAC's all-time list. He also holds the NCAC Tournament record for points in a game with 40 against Wooster in the 2004 semifinals.

Tom Heil is the Head Men’s Basketball Coach at Baldwin-Wallace University in Berea, Ohio. In his first five seasons, Heil, who was the lead assistant under former Yellow Jacket Head Coach Duane Sheldon for five seasons has compiled a 84-54 record, and has led the Yellow Jackets to two OAC Championship games and one semifinal.

In six seasons as a college head coach, Heil has five straight winning seasons, a 106-61 career record, three conference championship game appearances with one regular season league title, two tournament titles and a pair of berths in the NCAA Division III National Tournament.

Heil returned to BW in the spring of 2015 after serving as the head coach at Defiance College for one season. He led the Yellow Jackets to a 22-7 record, including a 15-0 mark at home. Defiance captured both the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference regular season and HCAC Tournament titles. Heil guided his team into the NCAA Division III National Tournament where it posted the school's first-ever NCAA Division III National Tournament victory by knocking off the defending national champions.

Prior to his experience at Defiance, Heil served as the main assistant for Head Coach Duane Sheldon '94. In five seasons on the BW coaching staff, Heil helped guide the team to a 58-44 record.

Heil came to BW the first time after serving as an assistant coach at Defiance (2007-2009).

Heil played four seasons of varsity basketball at Bluffton University. During his time with the Beavers, Heil was twice named to the Academic All-HCAC team. He also captained the 2006-2007 squad that finished with a school-record tying 18 wins.
