Hoovering with Jessica Fostekew

Hoovering - Episode 151: Nicola Stiddard

Listen Later

Welcome to HOOVERING, the podcast about eating. Host, Jessica Fostekew (Guilty Feminist, Motherland) has a frank conversation with an interesting person about gobbling; guzzling; nibbling; scoffing; devouring and wolfing all up… or if you will, hoovering.

Happy new year soldiers! I’m kicking the year off in maximum hoovering style by hoovering Biscoff from a jar, directly with a spoon, yep, spooning it in, with my personal trainer - who happens to also be an extraordinary athlete, future commonwealth weightlifter, and impressive young business woman, Nicola Stiddard. A lot of people will be starting conversations with fitness experts on 1st January and I can only hope and dream they go like this one.
