We check I’m not racist, share harrowing fireworks trauma and then get tits deep into fat activism and I learn a bunch about the difference between ‘fat liberation’ and ‘body positivity’ - I’ll be honest, I’m absolutely down with both but Sofie makes some fierce and always very funny points.

I made us a beautiful (if I don’t say so myself) aubergine, apple, walnut and toasted cumin salad which I found online. The recipe is HERE. 

And the tasty plantain chips we had were from PURELY, I’ll be straight up though, they were a rip off from PLANET ORGANIC. I love that shop so much, it’s like heaven - both in terms of how nice it is and regards how much it’s somewhere I just have to aspire to be able to spend any serious amount of my time one day in the future.
