First, Whitaker offers his analysis of the Stormy Daniels testimony and cross-examination, explaining why he believes why her extraneous comments were grounds for a mistrial. Then, Whitaker previews what to expect from Michael Cohen, telling what he believes will be said that will provide further evidence for a mistrial. Also, Whitaker takes us inside the D.C. Jack Smith case, after the judge in that case postponed any proceedings after an investigation uncovered the mishandling of classified documents by Smith himself.

Then, throughout the remainder of the show, Dom previews the upcoming Trump rally and offers up more analysis on the ongoing trials concerning the former President.
