How can social media exposure lead to vicarious trauma?

Listen Later

Social media has been part of our daily digital lives for nearly two decades now, and while there are plenty of positives associated with it, there’s also an undeniably dark side.

Where did the concept come from? What if you don't work in a high-exposure field? In under 3 minutes, we answer your questions!
