Today, on Karl and Crew Mornings, we continued our weekly theme, "Love Your Enemies," and we discussed how the Holy Spirit gives us the power to move toward our enemies in grace and love. Our Scripture reference was Matthew 5:45-47. What good is it to only love those who love us? What would it look like to love an enemy like Hamas? Our special guest was Joe Kennedy, former football coach at Bremerton High School in Bremerton, Washington who was fired for praying with his team on the field. Coach Kennedy has written a new book called 'Average Joe" which shares the true story of his faith and and freedom of speech.
