According to government contracts obtained by The Epoch Times, it turns out that the CDC has been using taxpayer money to purchase the cell phone tracking data of millions of Americans—in order to monitor how compliant they were with government lockdowns.
According to these documents, the CDC paid over $600,000 to two separate companies in order to gain access to the location data of at least 55 million cellphone users.
