Nataliya Wiedemeyer is an ICF certified coach ACC and Team coach ACTC, a Project Management consultant, Organizational Change and a certified Lego® Serious Play® Facilitator and Trainer.

Holding a Master’s degree in Business Economics from the University of Konstanz, Germany, Nataliya brings a wealth ofexperience from her consulting roles at KPMG and Roland Berger, where she served clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

She works with organizations by enabling their mid-level management and she extensively uses a creative, hands-on method Lego® Serious Play® to spark deeper discussions, ignite imagination, and create safe spaces for employees to express themselves, leading to greater emotional well-being and team cohesion, engagement, and ultimately superior performance.
