On this week’s episode I talk with Colleen Faltot, a client of mine for over a year now, who I’m very excited to introduce to you because her journey has been, truly, nothing short of miraculous.

When we started working together she had relapsed after being sober for a while, was hostage to a toxic partner that controlled every aspect of her life, and was “pretty much in the worst spot of my entire life”, as she puts it, feeling hopeless and “spiraling”.

At first, she was drawn to the 1-on-1 sessions, where we took on her family trauma and her inability to see her own self-worth. More importantly, we worked on treating her addictions, to alcohol, to the gym, and more, as symptoms of the deep wounds she was suppressing and needed to heal in order to start living her best life…
