As discussed in episode 576, the last couple months for Dave and his family have been some of their most trying. Though receiving sudden news of a brain tumor and undergoing subsequent surgery, radiation and chemotherapy has been a heavy load to bear, Dave and Carrie are grateful for the new perspective their adversity has given them.

They say finding the right people to surround yourself with, both in business and everyday life, is paramount to getting through life's roller coaster of ups and downs.
