Jim shared how his big ego when he first took over his father's business drove it to the brink of bankruptcy. Realizing his situation and responsibility to the family business he used "failure motivation" to change direction. 

He reached out to a mentor, asked for help, applied the teaching and grew his business 10 fold. It was the power of failure motivation that drives his to this day.
