On September 27, 2023, we sat down with Anne-Laure Malauzat, a partner in our Dubai office, to hear the story you won't find in her bio. Interested in social impact work, she was inspired by a Bain consultant to join the Dubai office while at Georgetown. In addition to her client work, Anne serves as the Chief DEI Officer for the Middle East focusing on gender equity in the GCC, and has recently released a report, "Advancing Gender Equity in the Middle East Workforce."
