Considering Kenny Dillingham spurned Michigan to stay at Arizona State, I don't think the Michigan job is nearly as attractive as others seem to think it is.

I think we are in an era where programs of various prestige can compete for titles. It seems Dillingham feels the same way.

Also, it's miserably cold in Michigan. Have I mentioned that?
