A wonderful Christmas tale

Little Cammy wanted a real Christmas but was worried about Santa finding her at her new address out in the desert. Her mommy, Rosie, had a new job taking care of elderly Mr. Howard after his stroke. At first, Rosie tried to hide her daughter from her new grouchy, old client, a feat which wasn't too difficult since he refused to leave his room. He also doesn't want the word Christmas uttered in his presence. His son and daughter-in-law were killed in an accident on Christmas Day, leaving him to raise his nephew Charles.

Charles hated Christmas as well, for obvious reasons. He is, however, thrilled with the progress Rosie has made with regards to his uncle's recovery. She's the first helper hey had she actually persuaded his uncle to rejoin the land of the living.

It's an interesting time when Charles comes for Christmas and ends up falling in love with the hired help. There just might be a Merry Christmas in there after all.

A Heartwarming Holiday Short!

Rose finds herself far from home with dwindling funds in this Christmas tale. Worse than that, the man she planned to build a life with has left her and her young daughter high and dry. She has no other choice but to take whatever job is available and hope she can keep the Christmas magic alive for her daughter.

As she begins caring for an elderly gentlemen who despises the holiday and becomes more acquainted with his attractive nephew, she creates a few miracles of her own.

This is a Christmas short that is sure to warm your heart! I enjoyed the characters, storyline, and of course the romance. My only wish would be a cleaner edit...the grammar nazi strikes again...

Cassie meets Gunner at a Christmas party; heâs Santa to her elf. While both have baggage to overcome, they find that they canât stay apart. It is a sweet little romance that happens within the span of two and a half months. Guy meets girl, guy likes girl, guy rescues girl. Perfect recipe for a quick novella.

I liked the characters in this book and got into the story quickly. It only takes a few hours to read and nothing is confusing about the characters or the storyline. In fact, the only negative I have (and it is minor) is that it could use a little editing though it is more finished than the majority of eBooks that I see. I would certainly read more from this author.

Sweet sothern charm.

What a sweet read this is. Anyone could read it, no sex, bad language, just sweet. A girl meets and falls for a man who isn't what he seems, and moves back home to get back on her feet. She shows the American dream of working hard to get ahead. She meets a cowboy, who still has that good old boys manners. They face problems from many sides, the old girlfriend, old boyfriend and insecurities that we all have. There are some slight twists, but it makes the reading that much more enjoyable. Don't miss this easy and refreshing Christmas novella.

Pride and baggage

this is a nice clean short holiday story appropriate for everyone. Cassie is a business owner trying to put her life back together after a failed relationship. Gunner is a cowboy that is also recovering from a broken relationship that is complicated. both must work through their baggage and pride to realize that this time is for keeps

Like a guilty pleasure(reminds me of a Hallmark movie on a Sunday afternoon), this book was an easy and heartwarming read. It got me into the Christmas spirit too! If you like this genre, you will not be disappointed!

This was a really cute story. I know you will enjoy reading it. Not a christian book but very clean and humorous. The story is well written. I enjoyed the characters and the story line.

Definitely Heartwarming

This book grabbed my attention from the beginning with it's sweet full circle journey of life and tender moments that touch the soul. It's the kind of book that hits home if you've ever encountered family members who've adopted children or even encountered the struggles of cancer. It's a touching journey that teaches us forgiveness, patience, and how love conquers all. Loved it!

Leonor A Woodworth's narration is always a treat. She has the perfect voice for reading and I can honestly say that she enhances any book she narrates.

First off let me say...I loved this book...I want to get the first one and can you tell me how many are in this series?

Noah gives up all rights to his daughter Hope & is stunned when he finds out that Hope wants to meet him.

Hope is an adopted young girl that finds & wants to meet her biological father, while trying to honor her adoptive father's memory.

Beth is a widow that is protective of Hope as any mother would be & fears loosing her daughter to her biological father.

This book is all about love, hope, family & romance. Its about second chances and how you should take them when they arise.

Noah with the support of his family goes to meet Hope & wants to get to know her better and invites her back to his place to spend some time but does so without talking to Beth first which upsets her. Beth being an over-protective mom with tons of insecurities becomes rude & standoffish towards Noah, however with a growing attraction between the two Noah seems to see past it.

This is a feel good, make sure you have tissues type of book.

I am a true believer in second chances, love & family.

I highly recommend this book!

Good Christian Romance

I enjoyed Finding Hope, although the story was a bit slow in parts. I understood and respected Noah's desire to be in Hope's life but I'm not sure that the attraction to her mother Beth was entirely believable.

Good SEAL romance!

I enjoyed this story about a former pro football player turned Navy SEAL who lived a life of carefree hook-ups with random women until one night he meets a girl he cant forget. They have a night together, then she doesnt hear from him again. They are both shocked when they see each other at a USO show in Afghanistan, because he had not told her he was a SEAL and she didnt tell him she was a pro cheerleader. When her group is kidnapped by terrorists, he has to find a way to rescue her and they both start to realize their true feelings. Narration was well performed.

An Amazing story of Redemption

This story was great. I loved the characters and felt their pain as well. I liked how the characters were real people with real problems. I liked how the author presented the gospel message as well. It showed that even "Christians" are flawed people as well. The narrator did a fantastic job, however the sound was "tinny." Other than sounding like she was in an echoing hallway, to performance was very good. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a good clean romance.

Mostly loved this book

This book has an engaging story-line with Rissa and Dodge finding each other's kinks compatible. Lots of spanking and punishment scenes that were HOT!!!

I was a little skeeved out toward the end when Dodge is carrying out a non-consensual discipline which includes blindfolding and caning which seemed to me to be beyond her level of experience and he does not provide appropriate aftercare immediately at the conclusion of the punishment.

The narration needed a male voice for the alpha male hunk that is Dodge.

Carolyn Faulkner is a spanking romance genius and this book is no exception.

What a roller-coast ride

This is a story that takes you by surprise from the plot to the emotions of the characters. There is mystery of Bethany sisters death, her marriage and everything in between. About half way through you most likely will work out some of it but other parts are a bit surprising. I did wonder just what her grandmothers true plan was in making the will the way she did. What a really sad story of love, betrayal, trust that is heartbreaking and the man who tried his best to right a wrong. With the opening you will not know who to trust or who to believe. There is murder, lies and deceit spun in a plot that so many people still face today. A story that will break your heart, keep you on the edge, make you wonder just what the mystery is. Was Bethanys sister killed if so by whom or was it an accident. The plot thickens with the story of two people who have to marry so one can get their inheritance and the other covering up a deadly secrete. Innocent lives are taken why other might deserve what they got.

Ms. Woodworths really brought this story to live for me as she pulled me in using emotion filled with sorrow, anger, hurt and pain along with excitement, danger and thrills. I had no trouble picturing the events as they unfold. There is one part where the woman is on the cliff that really came alive in my mind. Her character voices are wonderful as she held me spellbound from the caring sad Walker who is hiding something to Bethany who wants answers. Her tones are right on the mark keeping the listener on the edge waiting for the next shoe to drop. There are no volume changes, no background noise or any repeating of words. If any breaks were taken I could not tell. Her male voices were just as good as her female voices, you have no trouble knowing who is talking and just what they are feeling. Her character voices are just great as well as her normal voice is very pleasant and easy to listen to. The narrator really pulls you into the mystery, the love one man might or might not have had for his wife. You can feel the uneasiness of the characters as they work through the emotions of loss, facing the outcome and the heart break of the past. Ms.

Did not like the narration

The only thing I did not like about the book was the narration. The change of the voices seemed unnatural. I would have preferred it read in the same voice. For me, the voices of the characters come to life as I read or listen to the story. This narration kind of took away from that.
