Entertaining continuation of the series

A great series, but the individual books hit their end much too soon. I enjoyed this chapter in the Science Officer series which, like always flowed smoothly along. The interaction between Javier and Zakhar is becoming more partner-like than adversarial. And with Sykora? I'm eagarly waiting for the sequel(s).

Salvage changing the game

The series continues with Javier and pirate crew arriving where the Hammerfield potentially could be found. Javier has secret plans for the ship to change his status and get revenge. Definitely a "tweener" book for setting up things for future installments. Just got started and it was done.

Careful good story but a money pit for the reader a cash cow for someone else..... 2.99 for every 120 pages. About 9 or 10 dollars for a regular size book and it is nothing but electrons. if i would of realized it at the beginning i would not of touched it. but then after reading the first one for free i did purchase all of the books in the series.

Binge reading this series is fun.

The author continues to entertain at a high level, well written, dynamic and action packed. Pirates whittled into noble sensitive, heros. Reading on......

Brilliant

Each book gets better and better, highly recommended. Great story, action and character development. Start with book one and then binge read the lot.

I highly recommend this book and I am looking forward to the ...

Author M. D. Cooper takes us on the next voyage of the crew of Sabrina. The ship droops out of the jump gate at a location on the edge of the Orion Freedom Alliance in the Perseus arm of the galaxy. As as Sabrina's crew is orientatedÂto their new environment they find a space station orbiting a half Terraformed planet but the ships first officer Jessica is approached by a company that controls the station to be their spokes person but they pull a fast one on her forcing her to ask her crew to get her out and they do so but before they leave the system Sabrina plows bow first into the planet turning it into an uninhabited planet. I highly recommend this book and I am looking forward to the next episode of this season.ÂÂÂÂÂÂ

Marvelous story!

After taking a "shortcut", Sabrina and her crew suddenly find themselves on the far side of human civilization. Can they find their way home?

I love these shorter stories that M.D. Cooper writes. They're like a great sci-fi episode that keeps you coming back for more!

Liked it.

Lots of action and ship crew interaction. Glowing purple heroine is about as outlandish as it get :-) Ship and personal AI interaction is good as well.

M. D, Cooper writes really well and the characters in this book are very realistic and you can believe in them.

Starts slow, but gets better

Really enjoyed it. Was different than anything by Zahn, looking forward to the next one!

I'm fan of Tim Zahn, but this bored me

Unique story, interesting main character, but after that...meh. I just kept struggling to maintain my interest in the story. When I got to the 13th chapter, I wondered why I was still listening. Don't get me wrong, its not a bad story. Just sort of boring and pointless. So I can't recommend this story sadly.

Good story, bad tech

I have enjoyed the story. Its an old friendship finding yourself type and not very deep so you can work on things while listening.

The explanation of how the tech works is bad. The author is clearly a basic end user with no real technical knowledge.

I would recommend the author look up bandwidth and latency or just run his tech ideas past a sysadmin.
