Anna Keeble is London based State of Mind Coch and Nutritional Therapist.  I have known Anna for a couple of years through a mutual friend and former podcast guest, Nici Butchart, and through the three of us being alumni of One Thought.

In this conversation, Anna and I discuss our mutual fascination for seeing how things are going to unfold, not only for ourselves but also for our clients.  We also touch on Anna’s “soft spot” for working with teens and early 20s; having struggled with an eating disorder in her younger years, she now loves being the person she wish she had had as a guide through those formative years.  We also touch on the joy f spotting the light come on in our clients as they start to see things differently… I feel there may be a whole new conversation to be had at some stage on that topic!
