People often search and search outside of themselves for love and unconditional love. However, love is inside all of us. When you can connect with that part of yourself you can experience a whole-ness that can't be found when searching for it on the outside.

When we see if thoughts are true or not, we can start to understand the underlying reasons why we might be thinking that way. By understanding those reasons, you can figure out what it is you need.
Reframing how you approach less than enjoyable thoughts can add so much positivity and joy to your life and relationships.

All of our journeys are marked with struggles. We see limitations for ourselves and hear little voices that say things like "I am not qualified, I am a fraud". Instead of letting these voices and limitations stop us, we can embrace the struggle and move forward.

Humans are hard-wired to create and tell stories; it's how we see and make sense of the world. However, not every story is productive.
It is important to ask, "What do I tell myself?" and "How do I share my life story?"
It takes a lot of work to understand where these beliefs come from, but it is so important to do. When we recognize the unconscious stories we have about ourselves, we can choose to reframe them to become intentional statements of purpose.
