In this week’s podcast Mark turns his attention back to the Dominican Republic and the impact that the baseless reporting has on the destination and the people there.  He gives insights into how the media operates and how a story can literally blow up, with no facts, all based on a frenzy by these media outlets to get their share of voice on the topic.  That 14 year old boy on the plane to Dusseldorf instead of Stockholm, and how you can prevent this or at least cover your bases.  Why you need to get your passport now, as the State Department is saying that it’s taking 50% longer now for travelers to get their passport, blaming short staffing on the delays.  Last, Mark relates his experience in his RV and one of his favorite stops along the way: Lewes Delaware and the Cape Henlopen State Park.
